DADA’S BAKERY by MİSBAŞAK
The story of Misbaşak, which started in a modest bakery in Ankara in 1980, has developed continuously with faith, effort and sincerity. Previously, “Su Böreği (Traditional Anatolian Pastry)”, which is one of the local flavors of Anatolia began to be delivered to homes, where guests were traditionally welcomed with only bread. This was followed by products like dry and moist cakes, baklavas, profiteroles, and others. During this process, care was taken not to sell any product that Misbaşak employees would not consume in their own homes. Today, Misbaşak, which has a 3.500 m2 closed production area and 20 branches built on the philosophy of nature-friendly production, continues its activities with the excitement of the first day.
Misbaşak started exporting in 2019 due to half a century of experience, constantly increasing production capacity and intense demand from abroad. Misbaşak, who created the “DADA’S BAKERY” brand in 2022, has started to export to European countries under this name since the beginning of 2023. “DADA’S BAKERY”, which strongly believes that everyone has to right access healthy and high-quality products and is confidently advancing towards becoming a global brand, is in the effort of bringing traditional Anatolian flavors to the entire world.
